3point Consultants is headed by Peter Smale, a seasoned project manager and development consultant whose projects include 455 René-Lévesque Ouest, Jardins Louis-Alexandre condominiums, Quartier Évolution, 715 St-Jacques Ouest office complex, the Matheson West Corporate Centre, Louis Bohème Condominiums, and EQ8.

 

Peter's career began as a site architect during the building of the Desmarais Pavillion of the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Montreal while working for Desnoyers Mercure & associés and Moishe Safdie Architects. Since that time, he has led high-rise, mixed-use condominium and purpose-built rental residential projects, major office developments, and renovations of commercial, manufacturing, and recreational properties.
