A two-phase, 820-unit, purpose-built residential rental complex situated at the corner of René-Lévesque and DeBleury in downtown Montreal. Two towers will comprise 36- and 46-stories with a 7-storey podium, 12,000sf amenities, parking and 6,000sf of street-level retail. The project is targeting LEED Silver V4 certification and will include Intelligent Building and Intelligent Suite design.
The design team includes NEUF Architectes and IBI Group (Toronto); structural engineers: Elema (Montreal) and RJC (Toronto); mechanical/electrical: Bouthilliette Parizeau; civil; Exp; landscape architects: Projet Paysage; interior design: ACT Design; LEED and Cx commissioning: TST Environmental; construction managers: Reliance. Projected Phase 1 completion 2022.
